The year is renewed and everything is new. On February 6, 2025, the ninth day of the first lunar month, a good day that symbolizes longevity and good fortune, Siyuan & Hengle Company held a grand opening ceremony and opening banquet for the Year of the Snake. All leaders and employees gathered together to start a new journey in the Year of the Snake and welcome the opportunities and challenges of the new year.

Around 9:30 a.m., the deafening sound of firecrackers broke the silence and instantly ignited the enthusiasm and passion of the employees on site. Strings of firecrackers were like the horn of the New Year, announcing that Siyuan & Hengle Company officially embarked on a new journey. The crackling sound is the drumbeat of struggle, the sonata of hope, and the strongest sound of striving and progress in the new year. It dispelled the fatigue and haze of the past, injected new vitality and motivation into us, and let us meet new challenges and embrace new opportunities with a fuller mental state. In front of the administrative building and at the back door of the Science and Technology Industrial Park, firecrackers rang out and fireworks were bright and resounding through the sky, implying a prosperous and thriving new year. All employees were in high spirits, with joyful smiles on their faces, and witnessed this exciting moment together.

The most anticipated moment finally arrived. General Manager Cheng was all smiles as he personally distributed red envelopes to every employee on site. The employees lined up neatly and took the red envelopes from their leaders in an orderly manner, with happy smiles on their faces. These red envelopes carry the company’s care and blessings for the employees. They are an affirmation of everyone’s hard work in the past year, and encouragement and expectations for everyone to continue to work hard in the new year. The moment we took the red envelopes, we felt not only the heavy benefits, but also the good wishes and earnest expectations of the company’s warm family for the employees.

Afterwards, all the staff moved to Yingshunheng Villa to attend the opening banquet of the Year of the Snake. The opening banquet kicked off with laughter and joy. While enjoying the banquet, everyone tasted delicious food and exchanged details about work and life. The scene was full of joy and laughter, showing the unity and harmony of the big family of Siyuan & Hengle Company. In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, colleagues enhanced their understanding of each other, deepened their friendship, and laid a solid foundation for better work in the future.

Finally, General Manager Xu and General Manager Cheng, along with the department leaders, sent blessings and toasts to the employees. This session pushed the atmosphere to a climax. Everyone raised their glasses and drank together, wishing each other well, with happy smiles on their faces. Each glass of fine wine carries the company’s good wishes and earnest expectations for employees, and conveys the company’s care and attention to employees. Our company has fully launched the 2025 internal audit work

In order to further strengthen the internal management of the company, standardize business processes, and improve operational efficiency and risk prevention capabilities, our company held the first internal audit meeting of 2025 at 2 pm on February 22, 2025, marking the full launch of our internal audit work for this year. This internal audit aims to promote the improvement of the company’s internal control system through systematic and objective evaluation and supervision, ensure the legality and compliance of various business activities, and provide a solid guarantee for the realization of the company’s strategic goals. The internal audit work will complete the summary of the “non-conformity report” on the morning of February 26, and the last meeting will be held at 14:00 on the afternoon of the 26th.
